Services and rates

Residential Pet Waste Removal 1 - 3 Dogs. Prices are monthly
1X per week, $80
2X per week, $140
3X per week, $180
1X cleaning-up to 1hr, $100
Up to 1/4 acre. Ask for pricing for larger areas.
Residential Pet Waste Removal 4 and 5 Dogs. Prices are monthly
1X per week, $90, $100
2X per week, $150, $160

Cat Litter Exchange Service. Prices are monthly rates
$95 plus tax per month for 1 litter box. $40 for each additional litter box. Service will include 3 visits per week. After the initial service call, litter will be sifted, cleaned and topped off the following 2 visits and replaced at the beginning of the scheduled week whichever day that may land on. The owner must be home during the service call.
Cat Litter Service Call. Prices are monthly rates
$65 plus tax per month. The owner provides litter, we will service litter box 3 times per week. Litter will be sifted and cleaned or replaced depending on client’s needs.
DNA Testing for Dogs and Cats
Call for quote, prices will vary based on client’s needs. DNA testing may provide:
· specific breed of animal: 350 breed types and varieties
· 25+ genetic traits
· 64+ health markers: health and dental analysis
· Health screening for hereditary disease risks
· Ancestry profile and family tree back to great grandparents.
· Pet sensitivity test: screens for 1000+ intolerances

Yard Deodorizer - Each treatment
$20 for up to 1/4 acre. Breathing in ammonia fumes from pet urine can cause issues like asthma, pneumonia, and even suffocation. Our product contains natural enzymes and bacteria which breaks down the uric acid in urine and is nontoxic and biodegradable. It removes urine, feces and vomit odors in outdoor spaces. This formula is safe for all turf, patios, decks, dog-runs and yards.
Yard Sanitizer. Each treatment
$40 for up to 1/4 acre. Pet waste is a significant source of harmful bacteria, parasites, and pathogens that can contaminate soil and water sources. Dog waste contains harmful microorganisms such as E. coli, Salmonella, and Giardia, which can lead to serious health issues in both humans and animals if not properly managed. By sanitizing the area, you effectively eliminate these pathogens and prevent the spread of disease, protecting yourself and your environment. Deodorizing treatment included
Large and Small Animals
